Dot Plot Maker® provides free, browser-based statistical visualization software and mathematics instructional aids—including our Dot Plot Maker, Histogram Maker, Box Plot Maker, Stem-and-Leaf Plot Maker, Outlier Calculator, and Worksheet Generators.

• No Paywalls or Subscriptions: All tools and worksheet generators are provided 100% free of charge for students, educators, academic researchers, and the general public.
• No Mandatory Account Creation: You are not required to create an account, register, or supply login credentials to use our tools.

3. User Responsibilities & Statistical Results

All statistical charts generated on Dot Plot Maker® are calculated client-side in your web browser based solely on the numbers and labels you input.

• Accuracy of Input: You are solely responsible for the numerical values, labels, and parameters (such as bin widths, interval boundaries, and outlier methods) entered into the tools.
• Verification for Critical Uses: While our calculations adhere strictly to standard statistical methodologies (including Tukey's 1.5×IQR outlier fences, standard quartiles, and Sturges' binning rules), statistical software should always be independently verified for high-stakes scientific publications, clinical trials, legal proceedings, or graded examinations.
• Data Sensitivity: Because all tool processing occurs in your browser and is never stored on our servers, closing or refreshing your browser tab will delete your in-progress work. We advise users to save or export their charts (PNG/SVG) and worksheets before closing the tab.

5. Website Intellectual Property

The Dot Plot Maker® website design, branding, logo, visual components, original articles, tutorials, source code, and user interface styling remain the intellectual property of Dot Plot Maker®.
